- Check in is after 3:00 PM Check out is 10:00AM. There is a $500 cleaning fee, additional fee for multiple weeks. Maximum occupancy is 12-14. Rates do not include 10% Tahoe Occupancy Tax.
- Cancellations and Refunds: There is $100 fee if cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival. The refund is 50% if canceled 30-60 days prior to arrival. There is no refund of rent if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
- Deposits: $2,000 Security Deposit is due at the time of booking. 10% Tax and $500 cleaning are due at least 60 days prior to arrival.
